President

Dwight is President and company founder. He is responsible for product design, research and development. Dwight is the technical interface with architects, engineers, and designer/specifiers. He is creative, innovative and passionate about the products he develops and the role our company offers to service our customer, our community and our economy.

Gail Griffin

Corporate Secretary/Treasurer and Financial Manager


Gail is Corporate Secretary/Treasurer and Bookkeeper. She manages the office, interfaces and makes sales calls and deliveries. Gail coordinates travel and trade-show arrangements and has been an active director in all aspects of the operation since 1984.

Patty Graves

Residential/Commercial Sales

Patty works in our sales and estimating department. She is responsible price quotes and interfaces with the customers. Patty is also responsible for Human Resources. Patty has been with GRIFform Innovations® for 8 years and brings 25 years of sales experience to this position.

Sue Allhands

Production Supervisor

Sue is our Production Supervisor. She is responsible for scheduling jobs and personnel and maintaining bills and material. Sue has been with GRIFform Innovations® for a year and brings eight years of experience to this position.

Shelly Miller

Marketing/Graphic Arts Manager

Shelly has brought her exceptional computer skills and her innovative creativity to the GRIFform Innovations® team.Shelly is responsible for overseeing all of GRIFforms marketing and graphic arts needs. Prior to coming to GRIFform Innovations® Shelly spent two years as the Assistant Marketing Director for Wholesale Outlet (an HVAC Supply Store in Sacramento,CA.)
